PayGuam is the simple and secure way to pay Guam tax bills.

Register

Simply register and create a username and password to start accessing PayGuam.

Log In

Log in using your newly created username and password.

Get a PIN

Not all payments require you to create a PIN. Here is the list of payments that can be paid immediately after registering, and the list of payments that will require you to set up a PIN. You must log in in order to request a PIN.

Pay

Now that you are registered and have created a PIN, if you need one, you are ready to start making tax payments to the Treasurer of Guam.

PayGuam uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your information is safe and secure. For your added protection, PayGuam never stores your credit card information.
