The DRT 2026 Tax Amnesty Program (TAP26) - Payment and Contact Information:

1) All TAP26 related payments for Income Tax and/or BPT or Local Tax types, must be paid in-person at the DRT Tax Collection Branch. For more information, call (671) 635-1865.

2) All amnesty related payments for Real Property Tax type, must be paid in-person at the DOA Treasurer of Guam window. For more RPT information, call (671) 635-1892.

3) You may also connect with DRT through the Call Center at pinadmin@revtax.guam.gov or (671) 635-1840/1841/7651 for your TAP26 contact assistance.

DRT's Real Property Tax (RPT) Branch in Barrigada has temporarily updated its counter service hours. Effective May 01, 2025, their hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Balances displayed on pay.guam.gov may show incorrect balances for property owners who have made payment from July 23, 2024, to present. To avoid duplicate payment for tax year 2025 or any prior years, verify your balance with the Real Property Tax Division at realpropertytax@revtax.guam.gov or 671- 635-1840 / 1841 / 1892 / 7652
